Cole DeBenedittis is an accomplished nuclear engineer and operations strategist with a diverse background in project management, engineering, and entrepreneurship. He currently serves as Lead Nuclear Field Services Engineer at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, where he consistently delivers projects with high margins, drives process improvements, and minimizes non-critical reactor time. Cole also has significant expertise in advanced nuclear reactor testing, including work on Virginia-class submarines, leveraging lean six sigma methodologies to optimize large-scale manufacturing and engineering processes while ensuring precision and safety in high-stakes environments.
In addition to his engineering expertise, Cole took a leading role in DeBenedittis Land Works Corp., driving year-over-year revenue growth and optimizing operations. He also jointly manages DeBenedittis Investments, LLC, focusing on real estate and venture investments. Cole holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
