Nick Spriggs is a Global Trust Group Advisor and a 20 year veteran of purchasing, operating and monetizing distressed commercial real estate and operating businesses. Nick worked at Ocwen Federal Bank FSB for five years then moved to Kelly Capital. At Kelly, Nick excelled in commercial loan trading and moved the firm into the acquisition of public companies. Notable transactions include the purchase of National Service Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NSI) which delivered a seven times equity invested return for the investors in three years. NSI owned two operating businesses with 7,500 employees, generating $500 million in annual sales from 80 locations in 20 states. Nick advanced from new-guy to President of the firm in eight yearsand left in 2011. Since early 2011 Nick has launched start-up in the glasses free 3D display business. Nick has spent last 6 years working with cannabis entrepreneurs in establishing corporate entities, proper business processes, accounting and licensing.
Nick’s personal interests include his role as chairman and treasurer of Caridad, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charities serving homeless citizens of Las Vegas. His focus at the charity is to provide guidance on corporate governance, planning, fund raising, and transparency in financial and operational results.
Earning a BSBA degree from The Ohio State University in 1989, Nick also graduate Capital University Law School in 1993 with a JD and passed the bar to be admitted to practice in Ohio in 1993.
