Seung Bok Lee is a distinguished Korean financial professional with extensive experience in both domestic and international markets. A certified Korean Public Accountant, he graduated from Sungkyunkwan University with a degree in Business Administration in 1979. His career began at KPMG’s Seoul office in 1978, where he spent over a decade before moving to KPMG’s Frankfurt office as Director from 1990 to 1996. Upon returning to Seoul, he served as Managing Partner of Corporate Finance at KPMG until 1999. Lee then demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by establishing CDC, a joint venture with Crosby Investment Bank UK, and later DESCO in partnership with Cheyne Capital, UK. His expertise has been sought after by various organizations, including serving as Executive Advisor to Singapore-listed MMI and Next Law Firm. Since 2008, he has held the position of Director at Digilent Systems LLC, showcasing his continued involvement in international business ventures.
